faulawedding.es, in order to protect individual rights, especially regarding automated processing, and with the desire to be transparent with the User, has established a policy that covers all such processing, the purposes pursued by it, its legitimacy, and the instruments available to the User so that they can exercise their rights.

Browsing this website implies full acceptance of the following provisions and conditions of use. The use of cookies will be accepted via our initial banner. If you have any concerns or do not agree with this policy, please send an email to hello@faulaweddings.com.

The updated version of this privacy policy is the only one applicable for the duration of the use of the website until there is another version that replaces it. For further supplementary information on personal data protection, we invite you to consult the website of the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency).

1. Data Collection

Your data is collected by the OWNER, Maria Suasi Fernández, operating under the commercial name Faula.

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). An identifiable person is understood to be one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, especially by reference to a name, an identification number (such as a DNI, NIF, NIE, or passport), or to one or more specific elements specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

Given the informational nature of this website, the data that will generally be collected through our contact and subscription forms are: Name and surnames, email address, telephone number, and details related to your planned event or wedding. (Note: Faula does not collect or process data related to payment methods through this website).

2. For what purpose is your personal data processed?

The purpose of processing the personal data that may be collected is primarily for the OWNER to manage their relationship with you, to improve your user experience, and for the processing of your inquiries, requests for service dossiers, or newsletter subscriptions.

A basic commercial profile may be drawn up based on the information you provide to send you relevant inspiration or information about destination weddings in areas like Mallorca, Ibiza, and Menorca. No automated decisions will be made based solely on said profile.

The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, provided that its deletion is not requested by the interested party, or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. They will be registered in the customer file and their processing will be recorded in the register of processing activities that the OWNER must keep.

3. What is the legitimacy for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:

  • Consent: The explicit consent of the user when voluntarily filling out the contact form or subscribing to the newsletter.

  • Pre-contractual measures: The execution of steps at the user's request prior to entering into a contract (e.g., sending pricing or service dossiers).

  • Legitimate interest: The legitimate interest of the OWNER to respond to inquiries and maintain communication.

4. To which recipients will the data be communicated?

The User's personal data may eventually be communicated to third parties related to the OWNER by contract strictly for the performance of the tasks necessary for the management of the website and communications (such as web hosting providers or email marketing platforms used for the newsletter), without having to give further authorization.

Data will also be communicated to the authorities in the event that the User has carried out actions contrary to the Law or breached the content of the legal notice.

The User's personal data may be transferred to a third country or an international organization (for example, if a software provider's servers are located outside the EU), but they must be informed when this transfer is to take place, as well as of its conditions and the recipient, ensuring standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions are in place.

5. Cookies

During your first browsing session, an explanatory banner about the use of cookies will appear, which includes the possibility of accepting all cookies or only technical cookies, which are essential for the functioning of the platform, excluding analytical and advertising cookies. For more information, please consult our Cookie Policy.

6. User Rights

The user is informed of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO rights). Every person also has the right to the restriction of processing relating to their person, the right to the deletion of their personal data, and the right to the portability of their data.

The user has the possibility of filing a claim with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency) or the competent body of the respective Autonomous Community when they have not obtained a satisfactory solution in the exercise of their rights, by means of a letter addressed to it.

Unless the User objects by sending an email to swsuasi@gmail.com, their data may be used, where appropriate, for sending commercial information or newsletters from Faula.

The User is responsible for ensuring that the information they provide through this website is true, answering for the accuracy of all the data they communicate, and will keep it updated so that it reflects a real situation, being responsible for false or inaccurate information they provide and for the damages, inconveniences, and problems that they could cause to the OWNER or to third parties.

7. Security and Confidentiality

This information will be kept and managed with due confidentiality, applying the necessary computer security measures to prevent access or improper use of your data, its manipulation, deterioration, or loss. However, the User must bear in mind that the security of computer systems is never absolute. When personal data is provided over the internet, such information could be collected without your consent and processed by unauthorized third parties. Maria Suasi Fernández declines any type of responsibility regarding the consequences those acts may have for the User if they published the information voluntarily.

8. How to Exercise Your Rights

You may access and exercise your rights by means of a written and signed request that can be sent to the physical address:

Palma (07015), Illes Balears, Spain, attaching a photocopy of your ID card (DNI, NIE, or Passport) or equivalent identification document.

The request can also be sent directly to the following email: hello@faulaweddings.com

These rights will be addressed within a period of 1 month, which may be extended to 2 months if the complexity of the request or the number of requests received so requires. All this without prejudice to the duty to retain certain data under legal terms and until the possible liabilities derived from possible processing, or, where appropriate, from a contractual relationship, prescribe. In addition to the above, and in relation to data protection regulations, users who request it have the possibility to organize the destination of their data after their death.
